Blue cheese dressing is one of my favorite things in the world. For me it ranks right up there with swiss buttercream and pecorino romano cheese, but it’s not quite calamari. (Not too shabby, my husband isn’t even calamari). Anyway, I haven’t had blue cheese dressing in about a decade because it’s so bloody fattening. Don’t even talk to me about lowfat blue cheese–I don’t eat fake food, I’d rather go without. Then the other day I saw it, Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing. By replacing the mayo with yogurt, they kept all the flavor and lost the fat. Y’all this stuff is absolutely, indescribably delicious. I had it with shrimp cocktail this weekend and it absolutely blew my mind. Can’t wait to hit my baked buffalo wings with it.
And check out the nutritional information: 4.5 grams of fat and 50 calories, and that’s in TWO tablespoons. I never eat more than one tablespoon. Yay me.

Oh so that’s why my diet never worked, LOL. I’m just kidding. There really was a time I decided to overdose myself with nothing but bush, but I was still dosing it down with blue cheese AND ranch dressing together, of course no inches were lost after all that depriving. But I love anything with the word cheese in it, I love cheese (I would put cheese on ice cream if you dared me). Thanks for the info, it’s worth checking out.
Bolthouse Farms makes my favorite juice blends.
But I’m cutting way down on juice because I’m trying a lower grains, lower carbs diet.
Now I want some Acai Blueberry.
Sigh.
Oh, congrats on finding some good dressing though!
I have been using this for quit a while now and absolutely loved it. But! The last few bottles we bought doesn’t have the same wonderful taste. Have you changed the recipe?
You mean they? I don’t make the stuff.
