You guys aren’t going to believe what I just got from Paperback Swap. A pristine copy of The Writer’s Guide to Everyday Life in the 1800s. I’m so excited, I’ve been trying to get this book FOREVER. And it’s hardback so I can use it without worrying about it falling apart. Yay me. It’ll help me put those crucial authentic touches in my historical books.

Fantastic! Are you writing historical novels now? Whatever, I can’t wait to read them!!
Loose Id is doing a special promotion for Black History month and I’m doing a historical. I’m so excited I can hardly stand it.
You’ll love the book. I can’t write a historical without it by my side. I’m working on collecting all the WRITER’S GUIDE TO EVERYDAY LIFE books.
Wow, what a fantastic find! Congrats
That’s me in the last post Roslyn.
Piggyback off that book with deeper sources. The Everyday Life series can be rather broad in subject and life in 19th century America was not monolithic.
