I can hardly believe it myself, but I finished Morning Star last night. I’m like crazy exhausted because I stayed up until three, but I got it done. Of course, now the hard part begins. Editing, expanding the narrative and exposition, but I go the story itself down and I think it’s a good one. At first I struggled because for some reason I just wasn’t feeling my hero/heroine. They weren’t talking to me, OR each other. That’s an absolute death knell because usually my characters never shut up. That freaked me out for a bit, but towards the end I fell in love with them all over again.
