Thank you for putting this up. I’ve been trying to spread it around via my facebook page. It’s unbelievable to me that this was not reported sooner.
I remember hearing rumors about this when Katrina first happened, then the story just went away. I hope they get a real investigation going, and send those bastards to hell where they belong.
